Return Policy

At Loftwyn, we accept returns within 30 days only in cases where the issue is caused by the seller. Eligible return situations include:

• The package arrived damaged during shipping
• The item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
• The product is missing parts or accessories listed in the description

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, Loftwyn will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Standard delivery time within the United States is 3–5 business days.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original product (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item through the Loftwyn online store.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.

As with our standard return policy, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Loftwyn will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
