Q: How long does the SmartFilter last and how is life tracked?
A: Up to one year, depending on room conditions; RFID and the app estimate life and alert when replacement is needed.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
