Description
xMeet BNX TruFilter 12x24x1, a high‑efficiency air filter designed for your air conditioner, furnace, or HVAC system. The package contains a 4‑pack with the actual size measuring 11.5 x 23.5 x 0.75 inches, crafted to fit standard 12x24x1 housings. The filter media uses electrostatic pleating to balance strong particle capture with surprisingly low resistance to airflow, helping your system run efficiently while filtering the air you breathe.
Filtration performance centers on a MERV 13 rating, which enables the filter to capture a broad range of microscopic particles. In practical terms, this means pollen, mold spores, dust, smoke, and bacteria carriers are trapped as air passes through the media. The design targets particles in the 3–10 micrometer range, offering a noticeable reduction in everyday irritants without imposing extra load on your system.
Quality, Standards, and Sustainability
BNX validates the media performance using industry standards, aligned with ASHRAE 52.2-2017 Initial Efficiency / Resistance testing. It is comparable with MPR 1500–1900 and FPR 10, giving you a familiar level of filtration across compatible systems. A key sustainability feature is the one‑sided (one‑piece) frame technology that reduces waste; the frame is made sustainably from recycled cardboard and the production is proudly conducted in the USA.
- 12x24x1 MERV 13 air filter replacement for your HVAC system; actual size 11.5" x 23.5" x 0.75".
- Comparable to MPR 1500–1900 and FPR 10 for familiar performance benchmarks.
- Electrostatic filtration with low air flow resistance to support efficient system operation.
- USA-made by BNX Converting, LLC with environmentally mindful framing and packaging.
- Captures 93% of microscopic particles in the 3–10 µm range, including pollen, smoke, and bacteria carriers.
- Noticeable air quality improvements may appear within days of installation for many environments.
