Packaging, unboxing, and care
Important notice: for transportation, the mattress ships in compressed packaging. After you open the package, expose the mattress to sunlight for 2-3 days to restore its original shape. All sizes are vacuum-sealed into a compact roll; the box you receive will look the same across sizes (about 39 x 7 x 7 inches). Once unrolled, the mattress expands to its full size.
To keep the surface even over time, flip or rotate the mattress every 2-3 months. This design emphasizes dual-sided use to help distribute weight and maintain comfort across seasons and different sleeping positions.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
