Artclaim Surround Insulation Panel – Fully Enclosed White Window A/C Insulation with EVA Edge Strips

Overview

Artclaim Surround Insulation Panel provides a fully enclosed side insulation solution for window air conditioners. Designed to help create a tighter seal between the unit and the window frame, it aims to limit drafts, reduce dust intrusion, and manage temperature exchange throughout the year. The combination of foam insulation and a clean white vinyl surface offers a neat, low-profile look that can blend with many interiors. While results can vary by setup, this panel is intended to contribute to a more comfortable space by moderating airflow and reducing vibrations from the unit.

Key benefits

• Sealed edge design helps isolate heat, dust, and pollen in a way comparable to window sealing
• Foam core can help dampen noise and reduce vibration around the unit
• White PU leather surface delivers a clean, contemporary appearance
• Universal size covers many window configurations while accommodating most 5000–22000 BTU units

Materials and fit

The panel uses a 1-inch-thick insulating foam wrapped in a white flexible vinyl, giving a smooth surface that can be cut to fit individual window openings. It is designed to work with window frames up to about 39 inches wide and is suitable for a broad range of air conditioner sizes. The design is easy to trim with ordinary scissors, and the package includes double-sided nano tape plus decorative tape for a tidy finish.

Installation tips

• Cut the panel to match your window opening, taking care to fit between the frame and the unit
• Use the included nano tape and decorative tape to attach the panel securely to the air conditioner side
• For best results, ensure the panel sits flush against the frame for a tight seal

Care and notes

Important: this item is vacuum-sealed for shipping. Open the package and allow the panel to regain its shape. If needed, apply a brief burst of warm air to speed expansion before installation. The adhesive sheet is designed to attach to the air conditioner only, avoiding contact with the window frame for a clean look.

Usage scenarios

• Living spaces and bedrooms where a neat edge around a window air conditioner helps reduce drafts
• Seasonal room cooling or heating setups in kitchens, dens, flats, or offices
• Interior aesthetics: a white, smooth surface that complements most decors while keeping the unit covered
