Keep your mini split performing at its best

The Oiktylr 10Pcs Mini Split Cleaning Kit bundles a rugged cleaning bag, a long 7.5 ft drain hose, five purpose-built brushes, two support cleats, and a towel. The waterproof PVC bag is thickened for durability and designed to drain dirty water away from walls and floors, making cleanup cleaner and faster.

What’s included and how it helps

• Premium materials: waterproof, wear-resistant, scratch-resistant PVC that resists wear and folds flat for storage.
• Complete kit: 7.5 ft drain hose, five brushes for different tasks, two cleats to stabilize the setup, and a towel for quick wipe-downs.
• Designed to minimize splashes: the bag’s shape channels dirty water away from walls and floors for a neater workspace.
• Two size options for compatibility: small version for 9,000–12,000 BTU units and large version for 18,000–24,000 BTU units.

Performance and energy considerations

Dirty mini-split systems can experience reduced efficiency. Regular cleaning with this kit may help restore smoother operation, which could correlate with lower energy use over time and potentially extend the unit’s service life, depending on conditions.

How to use

Steps are straightforward and designed for quick setup:

• Remove the air filter; hang the cleaning bag using the double hooks; attach the drain hose.
• Lay the included towel on top; spray with a high-pressure sprayer or water hose to rinse components.
• Rinse, wipe, and reinstall the filter when finished; the bag stays in place for subsequent maintenance.

Practical tips for best results

• Measure your unit’s BTU rating before purchase to ensure you pick the correct size.
• Keep the kit ready for routine maintenance to minimize seasonal downtime.
• Store the foldable bag flat when not in use to maximize longevity.
