Description
xOverview
The SONGMICS 13-gallon trash can blends a clean white profile with practical features designed for everyday kitchen tasks. With a 50 L capacity, it handles daily waste and recyclables without feeling bulky, while the slim silhouette helps it sit neatly beside counters, under cabinets, or in compact corners.
Smart operation matters in real life. The step-on pedal lets you toss waste without touching the lid, and the lid can be opened with one hand and held open for longer tasks like loading the fridge, sorting recyclables, or cleaning out a full pantry bin.
Key design highlights
- FITS MOST SPACES: compact 13-gallon capacity with a sleek, unobtrusive profile that slides into tight corners or under counters
- STAINLESS STEEL FINISH: rust-resistant surface that wipes clean to maintain a smudge-free look
- SOFT CLOSURE: lid closes slowly and quietly to reduce noise and avoid loud slams
- STEP-ON OPENING: hands-free operation makes waste disposal easy when your hands are full
- INNER BUCKET WITH BAG HOLE: back edge secures bags and hides liners for a tidy exterior
How this trash can supports daily routines
In a typical kitchen or home entry, this can sits near the counter or beside the recycling area. The white hue offers a fresh backdrop to other appliances, while stainless steel resists fingerprints and wipes clean after spills. The soft-close mechanism adds a calm, deliberate moment to the rhythm of meal prep. The step-on pedal invites quick disposal as you chop vegetables, roll out dough, or unload groceries. When you need both hands, you can open the lid with one touch and still keep it open to finish a task without juggling bags or lids.
Maintenance is straightforward. The removable inner bucket makes bag changes simple, and the bag-hole design tucks edges in to secure liners out of sight. A quick wipe keeps the exterior looking bright, and a gentle dusting helps maintain the smooth surface over time.
Care tips for longevity
- Wipe with a damp cloth to prevent smudges and keep the stainless finish bright
- Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface
- Regularly empty and clean the inner bucket to minimize odors
