Description
xOverview
The Zehiels 67-Inch Shower Threshold Water Dam offers a flexible, silicone barrier to help manage water at the edge of showers, tubs, and sinks. Measuring 0.63 inches wide by 1.18 inches high, it is designed to be cut to length, making it easy to tailor to irregular gaps and edge profiles. This adjustable dam provides a practical, leak-defying line that stays unobtrusive while supporting effective dry-wet separation in many bathroom and kitchen layouts.
Key features
- Size and adjustability: Cut-to-length design fits a variety of spaces and shapes for a customized seal.
- Quality material: Eco-friendly silicone offers waterproof performance and resilience against temperature changes, helping to block unwanted water flow.
- Easy installation: Self-adhesive backing enables quick setup; for enhanced waterproofing, edges can be sealed with silicone sealant.
- Dry and wet separation: Place along shower doors, sink edges, or countertops to keep floors dry and protect surfaces from splashes.
- Versatile use: Suitable for showers, bathtubs, kitchen sinks, countertops, and even RV showers, offering flexible protection and a simple decor upgrade.
Practical benefits and use cases
- Daily routines become tidier with a barrier that helps prevent water from seeping onto floors or mats, especially after showers or hand-washing at sinks.
- Easy retrofitting: The cut-to-length capability makes it possible to adapt the barrier to unusual layouts or non-standard door gaps without specialized tools.
How to maximize results
For best long-term performance, install the dam along clean, smooth surfaces and seal edges with a compatible silicone sealant to reinforce waterproofing and stability. Use in bathrooms, kitchens, and even bedrooms with water-adjacent areas for a calmer, drier footprint that complements your space.
